Ordering.

Order Process
All commissions will be taken through vGen. You can check my vGen for up to date slot openings, as well as what I currently offer. If there is a service I do not offer that you are interested in, please do not hesitate to message me on vGen!

Boundaries.

I reserve the right to deny any request I receive if I do not wish to proceed with the request.
If something is not listed below, feel free to reach out and ask if I will draw it!

Payment.

Currency
All my prices are in GBP (£), however vGen automatically converts this price to your home currency.Method of Payment
I take payment through vGen only.Refund Policy
Once art is marked as WIP, I will no longer offer refunds. The only exception to this is if I am passed the deadline date originally set in the proposal.Additional Fees
If you wish to use the art for anything monetized (for example Twitch streams/advertising your twitch), there is an additional fee. This is usually +100% of the final price.

Work Process.

Duration
Depending on my queue and IRL commitments, it can take me between 24 hours and 1 month to complete commission requests. I will always try my best to communicate if art will take me longer than planned, and update you with a new due date if needed.Updates
Updates for non-skeb commissions will be communicated through vGen, or another contact method of your choice if communicated to me on your initial commission form.

Rights.

Personal Use
For individual, non-commercial and non-monetized uses only. For example: Discord icon or upload to toyhouse account with credit.
All commissions come with personal use, and no additional fee is to be paid to allow this.Monetized Use
For content creators or businesses who want to use the commission as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized digital content.
For example: Twitch banners, using the art in the stream and/or on stream schedules or to promote yourself in any capacity.
All commissions do NOT come with monetized use unless an additional fee is paid. If you wish to use your commission for this, please make sure you tick Monetized Content on your vGen request.Commercial Use
Producing ANY kind of physical or digital goods from my art to redistribute is NOT allowed.
Please contact me directly if you wish to use my art to make physical goods.AI/NFT
I do not allow my art to be used as NFTs, nor do I allow any of my work to be fed into AI, including my own personal characters. Anyone found producing AI from my work, or editing it with AI, will be banned.
